Charles Handy in its work has defined that there are four different kinds of culture which are
power, role, task and person culture. All the four cultures are explained in the following points-

Team: It means the group of individual person who came together to accomplish some common

also the ratio of risk is to be reduced if the individual commit work as team. By working as team
all other people exchanges their ideas and thoughts with each other to complete the task with
more quality work and also they can present such work in better way (Corfield and Paton, 2016).
The main purpose of creating a team is to plans and execute the decision making if the individual
in single ways and the employees can participate in group activities and also enhanced their
communication skill by discussing the issue which they face at the time of committing such
work. The team can be carried by many ways such as:
Functional team: This means that the individual are accomplishing the team from
different function to carry a common goal. This includes the function team members of
every function such design function, Technical function, one person from purchasing
department. They all came together to accomplish a common objective to achieve success
in that projects.
Virtual team: This team is mainly depended on technology and their role and work is
assigned by using the digital system only. In this the individual person are appointed who
do not have face to face interaction and also they are from different culture and
background and are not connected with each other (Zhu, 2015). They discuss their
matters through technology and also after the project is accomplished they are separated
from that project and work as an individual.
Self directed team: This types of team are mainly formulated to resolve the common issue
and they are not assigned for the particular task to be accomplished. Self directed word
itself includes the team which is self directly to solve any matter and after resolving such
issue they are dis-parted with that individual task which is to be accomplished by them.
