Sometime, it has some negative impact as well. Much time is wasted in group meeting when
team does not have clear agenda. It is possible that such group can not achieve the target of the
organisation. Team has two edged sword. First to help an organisation to be more productive,

business, detracting from success and effectiveness.

objective of business in better way.

within time and to contribute well in the organisational goals (Mahembe and Engelbrecht, 2014).
This is negative way to promote the contribution of team member but it is helpful to enhance the
culture of business.

company can be increased which resulted into increase in organisational culture. This helps to

Politics have negative impact as well. When in corporate, politics is made by people and
it has adverse impact over the efficiency. Workers who are performing well, they can not
contribute their best effort through when such politics arise in their operation. Politics affect the
relationship among the employees and coordination at workplace which finally resulted in failure
to achieve the goals and objective of business (Sandhu, 2011).
This is important for XYZ company to consider such factors effectively so that it can not
have negative impact over the business performance. Power and politics are those factors that
may have positive as well as negative impact over the operation. This is essential for this
company to use such factors effectively so that it can not have adverse impact. It is required for
