Organisational behaviour is a study of behaviour of human in context of setting of
different organizations. The behaviour of human and the organisation are identified under this
study. In this study, behaviour of individuals are measured in organizational roles. The main aim
of study of organisation behaviour is to regenerate theory of organization and better
conceptualization of life of business entity (Bester, Stander and Van Zyl, 2015). The nature is
related under context of individual behaviour for physical and resources means to attain desired
objectives of organization. This report will lay emphasis on different scenario of companies and
their organizational behaviour. The first scenario is all about Hewlett Packard (HP) company.
The Hewlett Packard is a company which was founded by William Hewlett and David Packard
in 1939. This organisation works and operate under quality focused organization and ethical
behaviour to establish their presence in technical world. The company Hewlett Packard offers
range of laptops, monitors , desktop and printers, etc. Also, the Hewlett Packard is known for
their best products of Desk Jet printers and Laser Jet. This report will lay emphasis on influence
of culture, power and politics of organization and behaviour of team and their performance. The
report also lay emphasis content and process theory both will be explained and evaluated for
effective attainable of goals in organisational context.
Another scenario which is related with International Business Machine (IBM). The
International Business Machine provides cloud based services, hardware, software & cognitive
computing. The International Business Machine (IBM) was incepted in the year of 1911 and
currently company is expanded their business over 170 countries and employs more than
366,600 employees. Along with it, the company is improving their employees turnover ratio by
efficient training and development campaign. This report will lay focus on effective team and
ineffective team. Also, group development theories will be adopted by corporation will be
explained. The concept and philosophies of behaviour of organization within their business
context will be evaluated under this report.
