Organisational behaviour draw the attention to the study of an individual or group
performance and activities within an organisation. In order to operate all the business functions
appropriately it is necessary for the manager of a firm to evaluate the organisational behaviour
which includes various factors like motivation, leader, behaviour, change process, work design,
interpersonal communication and many more. This file is based on the Mark and Spencer which
is a British multinational retailer that is dealing in higher quality of clothes, food commodities
and home products. This report will cover about the effect of organisational culture, power and
politics on the performance of each individual as well as overall team. Along with this, various
motivation theories will discuss in this study which will assist the manager of organisation that
