firms, culture, structure, motivational theories, different leadership styles and behaviour of
individuals with the case study of City College and Enterprise Rent-a-Car. It will also provide
the overview of style of management and nature of groups which can influence the behaviour
of workforces and effectiveness of team.

Thus, managers or leaders need to implement effective practices of motivations in the
workplace , so that morale of employees can increase.
