distribution and production of the fruits and it also offers the full range of the vegetables, fresh
fruits, bakery items and delivered it on the daily basis to the hotels, nursing homes, contract
caterers and also to the government contract. This report will examine the influence of the
culture, power and politics on the behaviour of others on the context of the organisation and also
the motivate individuals and teams for achieving the goals. Furthermore, it describe the
understanding of how to corporate effectively with others and also applied the concepts and
philosophies of the organisational behaviour to the given business situations(Wood, 2016).
