organisation. It is total of power, politics as well as culture in organisation influencing individual
and member of team. This assignment is carried upon Sainsbury. It is the second biggest
Supermarket chain of UK given by John James Sainsbury. This assignment provides discussion
regarding different topic involving culture which must be followed in company. There are
various theories related to motivation which is adopted by organisation for achieving goal. In
addition to this, the report provides discussion regarding the team and different model that is
connected to improvement of team. At last, the assignment provides discussion regarding
