All the business operations are affected by the uncertainty of Brexit and it give negative
impact in the development of the organisation. Mainly Brexit referendum on 23 June in the year
2016. For this report, Sainbury organisation will be consider that is a multinational British
organisation that operate their business all around the world. This report will conduct
comparison with different organisation and also analyse the impact of changes on the strategies
and operations of the organisations. This report also discuss about the various drivers that can be
use in change and also explain organisational change.

experienced many issues and can affect the whole operations so organisation formulate some

of change drivers mainly addressed the requirement of customers so that organisation can deliver
the valuable products and gain customers loyalty. Competitors change driver can help to measure
the current status of competitors so that on the basis of this organisation can do some changes so
that they can get more competitive advantages. Technological change driver can help to use
advanced level of technologies so that organisation easily obtain the regular operations (Steidle,
2017).
There are various type of organisational change are considered such as “Strategic and
transformational change” and “People centric and organisational change”.These kind of
organisational change can help to build strategies that can help in transformation and also
consider some changes in employment policies and make people centric organisation procedure
and appoint those employees that can help in improvement of organisation productivity so that
organisation can tackle Brexit situation.
