INTRODUCTION
Organizational design is process which increase step-by-step identify the work structure,
procedure and about the system. The organizational design develop the business planes to
achieve goals and implement new changes in business. Those process improve the processing the
business and those people who including in. some companies design the process to improving
customer services, Operation performs by the employees. Design refers to the integration of
people and technology which use in business (Daft, 2015). Organizational design need to achieve
customer service, increasing portability, reduced operating cost, those environments where
engaged employees. The well organisational design need strategy to achieve goals and increasing
business.

P1 Importance of organisational designs theory, structure and fulfilling strategies:
Organizational theory- The organizational theory define an interrelated concept,
definitions that refers the behaviour of all individual and groups or subgroups. Those groups
interact with to all activities of common groups. Organizational adopts various kinds of theory
which are classical theory, administrative theory, bureaucratic theory, neoclassical theory,
Morden theory, scientific management theory etc. organizational plays a vital role in the success
of any company (Arthur,1994). Thus, the organizational theory help to identify he suitable
structure for organization, and they also efficient to deal with the specific problems.
Key elements of organizational design- organizational design's manager develops and
change their organizational structure. Those designs include the following decisions about the
elements-
Functional departmentalization- In this defines the all organizations departments
functionality. All departments working on their fields.
Product departmentalization- these departments defines mangers responsible of an area
within the organization depending of specialization.
Geographical departmentalization- this groups refers the various departments directors
who handle responsible of their responsibilities.
Process departmentalization- this groups basis of products and customers flow.
Customer's departmentalization- In these groups defines the jobs on the basis of common
customers.

Importance of organization design- The good organizational design and their structure
helps to increasing their productivity, communication, innovation. It also creates an environment
where people work effectively (Bamberger and et.al., 2014). As a smaller organization employee
has numerous responsibilities and they also adopt those responsibilities very well. Good
organizational design also maintained all the works effectively. In other hand Amazon is famous
social site where many kinds of products are available in effective price. Customers can attract
their products and purchase form them.
Inter- relationship between four elements such as people, structure, routines and culture-

effects on their company profiles. Evaluation of any organization refers the all individual who
are planes for develop new techniques and technologies. They ensure working of organization
and their effects of organization (Dekker, 2017).
Relationship between organizational structure and strategies- organization structure
defines their company growth and growth depends on company's employees it depends to how
they work. Amazon is small size of business to reach millions of customers. They daily shops on
amazon. Amazon provide customers to choose online products and order them, In addition
company offers home delivery service. This service attract customers to and increase their sell.
Now day's amazon become most popular online seller company. Their strategies to give the best
service for their people and best quality of products.

Motivation- Motivation is the reason for people desires, performs actions and needs.
Motivation is defines people to motivate for job, their need, special work or confidence. It is one
direction behaviour which causes person to want to repeat behaviour. One person motivate to
another person to achieve goals in their life.
Motivation, Human capital, knowledge management- Human capital is the collective
value of capabilities, and knowledge management is skills, life, experience and motivation of the
workplace, in other hand importance of knowledge management within organization.
Maslow's Motivation theory- This theory defines a hierarchy of needs of theory, this
theory of human motivation theory. It includes the five levels of human needs in their life.
Maslow defines a basic needs of people “self-actualization” like food, shelter, water, clothing
etc. this are the basic needs. After that “social needs” it includes the need of love, affection, care
and friendship. “Esteem needs” this needs like self-respect, confidence, achievements, power,
status, attention etc. People want power fame self respect in their life. “Safety needs” it defines
environmental and emotional safety or protection, job security, family security etc. “self-
actualization” this needs include the people want to other they talk with respect to them, they
want fame in their life, they want to become famous (Legge, 1995). All this needs are motivated
to people make changes and in their life.
Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation- Instinct and extrinsic are types of motivation. Intrinsic
motivation defines what ever a person do they enjoying or find it interesting. In other hand
extrinsic motivation is doing something achieve a specific reward. Intrinsic motivation is better
than extrinsic motivation because they define a what people exactly want In their life. For
example- people do shopping for their interest they having interest top do shopping. People
doing is what they having interest on them (Taylor and .,et.al., 2015).
Technique to attract workforce- Employees is important for any business organization.
Employees face major challenges when they consider the incensing difficulty of finding skilled.
And younger workforce with different about work, and growing population of older workers
heading towards retirement. A business can improve the ability of employees and management
this quality attract, retain and improve productivity to applying following process-

Provide positive working environment- Organization have to ensure the management
always provide their employees to better environments. So they try to better and quality
work.
Rewards and right behaviour- In organization most of the employees do very hard work.
Management makes sure they time-to-time gives rewards them. And all the staff make
good environments and good behave to each other.
Involve and engage- People are who aims to achieve goals In their they fully concentrate
to engage with work. They try to develop new techniques and technologies which is
increase company growth and popularity as well (Luthans and Doh,2018).
Develop skills and potential- in organizations employees work with skills and potential.
They give their best for each work of company.
Evaluate and measure- This include to measure employees work quality and conduct
satisfaction survey at least once a year.
Techniques to rewards employees- Some organization is give rewards without giving
them cash. They have techniques to gives rewards to their employees like pizza party, promo
party, tour time, Day of pass, thank you note etc.

developments:
HRD- Human resource development is department they helping employees develop their
personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities. They trying to encourage their
employees to develop their skills that helps to retain and motivate employees. Human resource
development also includes various opportunities for employees such as training, performance
management and employees career development, coaching, mentoring, succession, planing,
employees identification, tuition assistance etc. The Amazon human resource department adopts
all the company responsibilities they identify all the product's information and they also denote
all things are held on company.
Key criteria of HRD- The key criteria of human resource department is defined the role
of human resource department their working quality, responsibilities. HR. handled the all
employees responsibilities and their work (Marchington and et.al., 2016.). They also responsible
for employees problems and their inquires etc. HRD received increasing over the past decade
and a half. HRD calls upon and integrates existing theories to create its unique disciplinary. HRD

that allows them to have greater work- life balance and better personal well-being is “very
important” to them or As per the Rand-stand employer brand research report, 45% of survived
employees note good work-life balance as an attribute in gauging the attractiveness of an
organization (Storey,2007).

shifting department, and increasing work management. Those are changes adopts organisation in
their management.

between organisation design and changes management is what management design that is change

demands, services etc. Amazon company include evaluation in there organization. They evaluate
all the things in there business and rearrange it. The Amazon organisation also developed the
plan for evaluation and implement in there business (Wadsworth, 2016).

From the above investigation this is concluded the organizational designs defines the
process and structure of organization, which is included the all functionality of organizations and
their main aim to achieve the organization's growth and increase cost as well (Strauss, and
