and also analyze the different techniques and approaches used for attracting maintaining and
developing the human resource to create a skilled and dedicated workforce in the organisation.
Furthermore, it also analyzes the contemporary knowledge to support the evidence of emerging
human resource development and it explains how organizational design helps to respond and

survive in the market. This is the unplanned change which the company has to take in order to to
