INTRODUCTION
In order to achieve pre decided goals, the organisations works to bring various changes in
the tools and features of its working which also result in larger gains for it. This step by step
procedure is termed as Change management(Cameron and Green, 2019.). The concerned changes

hampering growth. Under this work Barnacles (Hotel) is situated few miles away from the

outside their area. This Hall has been modified into that luxurious 4-star hotel with a lot of
