problems. This is very encouraging in the organization that the HR is putting effort on the
redressal of employee grievances which gives the solace to the employees (Kitchin 2017).
Chosen Situation- Industrial Relations
Harmonious industrial relations in an organization forms the unity and strength of the
society. As per the concept of the organizational behaviour, the departments can be several in a
company but every department needs to have one single goal of achieving the best for the
organization they all are contributing to. This is from my personal experience the employee
employer relationship is very important to maintain and this is the preliminary focus of
organizations these days (Kitchin 2017). They know that their competitors are lying around out
in the market and if they do not provide sufficient harmonious working culture then it would be
harder to retain the employees as they would flew away to work for other companies. The
industry these day feel that it is very important to hold the internal stakeholders which consists
majorly the employees and therefore interaction with them is the first need to avoid any further
confusions. To broaden up this purview the companies prefer to keep the suggestion boxes at
every department to reach out to the employees or even organize sessions to listen to them
amidst the working schedules. I have experienced all these in my workplace for that I am very
much grateful.
Strategy Development
The best way to manage behaviour is the allocation and focussing on tasks assigned. The
company or the workplace is somewhere we earn our livelihood and it is better to concentrate on
our work only then we would be able to stay away from the other conflicts (Kitchin 2017).

Learning Outcome
The learning of the organisational behaviour in the workplace for me and my colleagues
is that it is the concept handled by the HR department of an organisation and therefore is the sub
system of the management studies. In the workplace through daily experiences we have learned
that it combines the aspects of understanding, influencing and prophesizing behaviour of the
employees within the organisation (Elsmore 2017). In this reflection report the learning has
become very much effective because it has all the self-tested experiences of mine being an
employees attached with the emotions and affections. OB is the science to know the behaviour
shifts of the employees with the shift in various situations.
