The Australian practice standards AASW which is meant for the welfare of society and its
people. These practice standards follows by various practitioner in order to fulfil requirements of
people who are in need and also to provide support to the organisations and people who are the
part of social work places. It enables guidance for social work providers which set out to be

Standards 2013, 2021). The person who desires to be a social care provider needs to get licensed
and eligible for the membership of AASW. These practice standards require eligibility criteria
thereunder, it is necessary to get experienced to how manage people who are suffering from

The political frame can help the social worker to achieve their standard of
professionalism in work practices. As these political frames are based on critical theories which
describe human psychology and behaviour that might be regarded to focus the attention on

in terms of caste and gender. What are the dominant values and interest regulating into the

diversifying work environment which leads to disappoint the patients is employees are not able
to understand their beliefs or languages (Khiatani, and Liu, 2020). This could be made better
through effective training and creating diversifies culture. These issues create hurdle in analysing
problems and come out with a valuable solution.
In order to get positive response and overcome with the issues of culture and leadership it is duty
of employees to show their recognition towards their job role. The workers need to put more
emphasis on organisational policies and Standards before integrating towards actual working. As
this policies and culture play a vital role in social standards. The workers need to be Emphasis
towards training sessions and any opportunity to enhance knowledge and capabilities so that
there could be a multi tasker. Social Work practices require this kind of employees who could
serve their best at any field or area. Therefore, leadership must be effective and up to the
relevancy of facts and practices(Oah,. and Moon, 2018). The leaders must be concise and
inspiration for others that good increase moral and enable workplace dedication. Through these
effective practices, the cultural issues will be minimised as the people will get all the services
without facing any problem and wasting unnecessary time.
