INTRODUCTION
Organisational behavior theory refers to the framework of studying the individual human
behavior in the business environment. It determines the way that people interact within
the group and operate the business in an efficient and effective way. It can improve the
individual performance of work, increasing the job satisfaction and at the same time

leader can motivate an employee to do a effective work. Another theory is path goal
theory that is work under the organisational behavior theory. In this theory a leader of an
organisation can notice how an employee or a individual worker is willing to perform
well and encourage themselves for good work. At last it make a connection between
these two organisational theories that helps in showing that how a first theory encourage
a person to willingly do a job and perform a best task, and how the second theory can
solve the problem of job satisfaction of staff members(Lowry & et. al., (2015)).
