This report, submitted by a student, analyzes different types and sizes of organizations within the Vietnamese business environment. The report explores the legal structures, size, scope, and stakeholders of three organizations: Vietjet Air, Vietnam Airlines, and Highland Coffee. It examines the interrelationship of various business functions, using an organizational chart to illustrate the structure of Vietjet Air and compares this to the other two organizations. The analysis includes the advantages and disadvantages of these functional relationships and their impact on the organization's structure. The report fulfills the requirements of the BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business (Business Management), Unit 1: Business and the Business Environment, assessing learning outcomes related to organizational types, functions, and structures.
