and all the other service users. External stakeholders are important for the organization because
they are the one who provide and maintain quality service within the organization. If they do not
fulfil their duties then it will hinder the overall performance of the company. Whereas internal
stakeholders are also important to the organization as they are the one who will avail all the
services provided by NHS.Connection between external and internal stakeholders plays a vital
role in NHS as if all the health services and facilities provided by external stakeholders are not
good then all the internal stakeholders such as patients, service users will not prefer NHS to avail
the service (What is stakeholder, 2019).All the stakeholders have different purposes and powers
which not only affects organizations goals but has an impact on other stakeholders as well.
Trustee is the person who holds the ownership of the trust as in case of NHS trustee is
responsible for running the operations of NHS by providing benefits to the people without aim of
earning profit.
Medical Practitioners are the people who contribute in NHS by providing services to patients
and contribute in giving medical facilities to patients. In NHS trustee is having power of voting
right in the organisation and is having economic power of contributing towards profit of NHS. It
is also responsible for taking any legal actions in the organisation (Argyris, 2017) Medical
practitioners have political power, legal power, economic power in NHS that will help in
improving condition of the organisation.
Community:- These are the stakeholders of the community that helps in contributing towards
NHS by providing help to the patients of the organisation.
In NHS coalition can be formed when the stakeholder of the organisation come together
for the purpose of providing best services to its patients and staff. Stakeholders have taken
collective responsibility to take action that will be beneficial for NHS (Starbuck, 2015).
ING and its stakeholders
As ING is a banking organization. It also has varied stakeholders that plays an important
role within the organization. Stakeholders of ING are: retail clients, employees, business clients,

Power of each and every stakeholder is also different which affects different aspects of
the organizations (Qrunig and Qrunig, 2016). Employees has the major interest in the
company as the stakeholder because they are the one by whom company is running. They bring
new ideas into the business, work on planning and implemented strategies. They are the one with
the help of them, company is able to earn profit and achieve their organisation goals. Retail
clients are the other one important stakeholders who are the main reason behind the running of
the business. They are the one who experience company's services and decided that what are the
standards of the company by their services. Because of them, company is able to earn goodwill
and maintain their profitability. Employees has the power to influence and change the
policies, procedures, strategies and structure of the organisation. They are the one who work
on these aspects of the organisation. If company is not able to keep them happy so they can use
their power and change the organisation. Customers has the economic power. If company is
not providing those services which is required by the company or if company's financial services
are not match with its benchmark or standards then customers can use its economic power and
took out their money from ING bank which is not benefits for the company (Goldie, 2016).
Coalition between Stakeholders of the ING has positive and negative impact on the
company. For the forming of coalition between stakeholders, company need to highlight the
issues which is being face by societies. After that company can keep a meeting in which they
invite all of its stakeholders and communicate with them to get the support from the
stakeholders. Like this, company can create and form a coalition between their all stakeholders.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it can be concluded that NHS and ING are two institution who
work for the sake of people by providing them best services related to financial and health care
services. Stakeholders are the key element of companies that will contribute in NHS and ING for
future course of action. NHS is an organisation that provide health benefits to patients and
education to its staff and ING is an organization who provide their customers safety and financial
services. Stakeholders plays a crucial role in the organisations that contribute in activities of
company.
