The meeting would involve the discussion on the topic of whether the laptop or the tablets should
be given to the employees. The meeting would involve the discussion of the advantages and the
disadvantages that would be involved if the laptops are being provided. The meeting would be

conducted for around an hour and would be conducted with the senior officers of the other
branches of the organization. The physical strength of the meeting would involve around 15
people and there would be around 30 employees over the video conference call. A vote would be

employees who would be present should come prepared with the proper justification as to why
that individual feels that the process should be carried out or aborted.
The basic requirements for the meeting would be installation of a proper video calling
setup that would include a high quality display and proper internet connection. The audio quality
should also be good enough so that all the members can be heard. A laptop should be present for
noting down the important points about the meeting and to take down the information about the
votes and justifications that would be given by the members of the meeting.
