conducting this in effective manner I have give instructions to my teammates. For taking
feedbacks I have made the questionnaire and did the survey for my level of performance along
with its effectiveness (Siva, Gremyr and Halldórsson, 2018). Moreover also ask them as they
have satisfied with performance or not and is there are positives outcome which an organisation
obtain.
