INTRODUCTION
Organization behavior is termed as activities and understanding of individual person
within and outside of the organization. Its is the study that identifies impact of organization
behavior on structure an d culture of organization. Present report describes about various type of
organization culture and structure with co comparison of each. Relationship between
organization structure and culture and its impact on performance of organization has been
explained. Effectiveness of leadership style on organization is also explained .

1.1 Comparison of different organizational structure and culture
Organization structure is defined as arrangement of duties and responsibilities of
individual person within the organization (Wilson, 2017.). It is used to identify the flow of
information at various level of organization. Structure of organization define the hierarchy
within the organization. Structure helps in describing operation of organization which helps on
accomplishing goals and objectives of it.
Rent -a-car uses flat organizational structure in which there is no management level between
staff workers and employees of organization. In this structure contact of top management exist
directly with front line people. this structure provides great communication between worker and
top level management. This helps in making better decision for companies as their is
involvement of all the employees of organization in it. This structure used to produce employees
as generalist rather than specialist. Long term of growth restricted in this type of structure.
City college use hierarchical structure in which pyramidal approach is followed. Particular
employee in the organization except the head reports to someone else about his work in this
structure managers and employees relationship flows from bottom to top. Employees are ta the
bottom of hierarchy . This structure promotes employees and motivate them to give good
performance. Loyalty in individual employee increases in this hierarchy. There is possibility of
rivalry among employees in this structure of city college.

in which organization brings all the people together as unit so that team work could be increase.
