traits to be the CEO of Build-A-Bear. Moreover, an analysis based on given case study
suggests that Maxine Clark’s personality is an ENTP (referred as Extraversion, Intuition,
Thinking, as well as Perceiving) which falls under the instinctive type (Nelson & Quick,
2013). Her personality characteristics allow her to cooperate with people who are open to
prospects, analytical as well as flexible.

If I will get a chance to work at Build-A-Bear Workshop then I would certainly enjoy
employed at Build-A-Bear Workshop. The reason behind is that when consumers produce
toys at Build-a-Bear workshop then they always make something which is their alone. The
whole working experience at Build-a-Bear is full of creativity as well as self-expression.
Moreover, one would enjoy while working at Build-a-Bear because it is all right to behave
like a kid and which is attractive to the people who are 60 or 10 (Nelson & Quick, 2013).
