While the non-verbal communication has the advantage where the individual can get through the
body language and facial expressions. Written communication is done by emails, chats and the
electronic documentation forms, but in this format the quality communication is more critical.
For employee well-being it is important to share their issues and discuss with other people
working in team or organizations. Their well-being is the critical for organization to succeed, in
such cases if the people are not able to perform the task or duty it would impact the performance.
Team work is done by following task by each and every individual while in the
absenteeism of one person. The productivity also decreases when they are not in touch with
leaders or colleagues. So it describes communicating and sharing the issues will describe their
concern and it will be beneficial to easily handle the situation (Wahab, Kefeli and Hashim,
2018). Finding ways of structuring gap and providing right remote effective communication is
the key. Skilled People working in the organization can share their innovative ideas or advise for
better sources which can be adapted by the company. They provide motivation to others and
people will work more willingly to make their achievement for reaching up to the target. Strong
culture of communication encourage employee in order to make better decision and to be
innovative. For justifying the smooth work method and best results, team member should
manage transparency and keep themselves informed.
This will allow communicating more effectively, solving the problems and building
better relationships. If it is not effective it affects the company overall productivity. Effective
communication bring the productive decisions and better planning whereas conflicts are the
common issue when working in team. It arrives when two or more persons are included in a
situation and cannot agree with outcome. The miscommunication, different thought process and
ideas leads to chance of increasing conflicts. But when the communications and relations are
maintained properly it will decrease the conflict issues and people will focus more towards
performing their task or duty. While in some situation conflicts are avoided with communicating
effectively rather than carrying out the issues.

CONCLUSION
In this report it had been identified about operation management of Tesco which supports
it aims and objectives. Also, there are two management approaches which is used for discussing
how organization would ensure the business management functions for contributing towards the
growth and development of organization. Apart from that it is analysed about the importance of
motivation in workplace and role of motivation to bring changes in employee performance which
also reflect to organization image. Further, at last it is summarized that how does effective
communication and teamwork is beneficial for performance of business. The advantages of
communications which adds value to the employee performance and interaction with people in
environment. Also, communicating in impressive way improve the working performance which
help the business to utilize strategies.
