Individual behaviour is important to identify within an organisation and it is the
responsibility of company manager is to analyse person behaviour towards achieving target goals
and objectives. Organisational behaviour refers to that learning which clearly shows the impact
on teams and group members in the firm. It will help in analysing actual behaviour of employee
towards specific work or task in proper manner. The behaviour of organisation is conducted by
business enterprise for becoming more efficiently in their work and it assumes that technological
thoughts and ideas can be implemented in management for employees (French and Holden,
2012). This report is based on Samsung Group which is multinational company that will serve
best quality products and services in the country. They produce large range of goods that include
electronic element, medical equipment, transport, telecom tools and some other. It have approx.
300,000 employees in present time period. The main motive of this project is to understand
different motivational theories which assist in accomplishing desired goals and objectives,
evaluate difference between effective and ineffective team in proper manner.

within an organisation and also they work effectively.

on working environment of office and employee performance. It is necessary for manager is to
maintain properly the whole working environment in the enterprise then employees will not feel
comfortable so that it enhancing the possibility of keeping the workers. Culture is important
