INTRODUCTION
Organizational behavior reflects personnel and team activities along with the actions that

role and develop creative ideas so that team goals can be attained. Study analyses three different
case studies such as Ford, Monsanto and Originals Copy Centers that presents the way
organization formulates the team working ways.

problems regarding recession and thus top management were facing problem just not because of

is involved and adopting the tactics of their competitors and obtaining proper priority so that best
development needs can be attained. Further, Ford Company also adopts traditional
manufacturing approach to produce car but later business adopts effective structure such as new
car development method. Furthermore, organization adopts a consecutive 5 years process in
order to launch a new auto-mobile in market. It is crucial for the top management to undertake
