OVERVIEW
Susan Taylor’s is a thirty years young women who has been given responsibility of ten
employees in the organization but before this job she was taking care of forty staff members of
production and three supervisors which were all women. She had an older man to lesser her
pressure of work by helping her who was the production manager.
She had help which is why she did not feel the pressure of employees and the responsibilities of
them. In the new place she did not have anyone to guide her and the employees of the
organization were experienced and professionals in the work.
They also asked her questions regarding the functioning of the organization for which Susan took
a lot of meetings but the satisfaction of this job was not present for her.
Susan was not used to interference of the employees in her work place and she has this sudden
change which is not good for the career life.

The first organizational issue is managing workforce diversity

Susan has worked with forty three people but in this new
organization she just has to work with ten people but she is not
being able to take their responsibility completely because she
has worked with women in the last organization.
