making that can be done by the employees and also will enhance the level of confidence

Leadership Training to employees: the company should arrange leadership training to the
employees in which they can give new situation to the employees that is required to be
solved by the employees. it will help in enhancing the decision making power of the
employees that can provide new opportunity for the employees to grow as well as to the
company to get some innovative ideas with such future leaders in more efficient manner.
Therefore, such training will benefit to both the employees as well as the organization
that made them grow in the market.
Healthy organizational environment: the company is facing challenges in providing
healthy environment to the employees as the working hours of the employees are not
limit to the particular time that enhance the tiredness among the employees. Therefore,
the company should provide proper refreshment facility to the employees that will make
them will refreshable. The company should also adopted some tools such reward system,
award system and promotion factors that will motivate the employees towards the
targeted goal (Williams et al., 2017).
Therefore, through such manner, the company can able to maintain efficient organizational
culture in the workplace that can help them to motivate its employee more efficiently and
effectively.
