Organizational behavior is concerned with analyzing the organization that consists of the
individual and the people who are carrying out their day to day activities in the company. It is
concerned with the study of behavior of humans within the organization. The main aim of
analyzing the organizational behavior is to establish or accomplish the goals and objectives of
the organization in effective manner. It helps the company to attain the goals and enhances the
profitability in efficient manner (Dhar, 2015). There are many ways or factors which gives direct
impact on the working of the organization. The areas are classified as:
a.) People: Human resource plays an important part to enhance the operations of the
organization. It is considered as an important part of the company, without the human
resources the company will not be able to conduct its operations in effective manner. If
the employees are dedicated towards their work, then the organization can easily attain
the goals and objectives of the organization. Every part of the company is operated by the
human resources.
b.) Technology: The Company should use updated technology so that the work can be
complete in effective manner. It not only reduces the burden of the employees working in
the organization but also help the organization to attain goals and objectives in effective
manner. The technology plays a great role in conducting the activities of the company.
c.) Environment: The environment gives direct impact on the working pattern of the
employees. The company should assure that there should be a friendly environment in the
organization. If there is a friendly environment in the business then the employees can
work efficiently and can give their best towards the work. Candidates or the employees
are attracted towards the organization where the atmosphere is friendly (Georgellis,
2015).
d.) Structure: The structure of the organization should be properly designed so that the work
can be taken into consideration effectively and efficiently. If the Structure properly
designed it gives and advantage to the organization to attain the objectives and targets of
the company properly (Miner, 2015).

The proper management to conduct the day to day operations of the business is necessary. There
are various motivational theories that are taken into consideration by the company to attract and
retain the employees towards the organization. The first motivational theory is concerned with
self-determination theory in which it is concerned with the behavior of the people when it is not
controlled efficiently (Shockley-Zalabak, 2014). This theory gives emphasis on the employees
that when they are in difficult situation they should not lose the control. The situation should be
handled properly, so that it does not arise in future. Another is Equity theory in which the input
and output is analyzed of the employees by themselves. The comparison is made with the other
person who is working in the organization. Next is Self efficiency theory which is concerned and
also known as social learning theory (DuBrin, 2013). The thoughts are described of the people
by taking into consideration the task that is assigned to be complete by the particular person. If
the employees of the organization has a high efficiency then the can perform each and every task
in effective manner that also gives direct impact on enhancing the profitability of the
organization. The last is goal setting theory in which the theory is concerned with enhancing the
performance level of the employees. The level of performance of the employees is enhanced in
effective manner which gives enhancement in the working pattern of the organization (Donagan,
2017). It gives direct impact on enhancing the working pattern of the workers who are working
in the organization. There are various types of employees who are working in the organization
and all of them have a different type of behavior. There are various types of behavior like:
a.) Cognitive: The employees who behave in a cognitive way are ready to express their
thoughts, beliefs and knowledge about something innovative or new. The people who
have this type of behavior are expressive in nature.
b.) Affective: This behavior is concerned with the ideas or feeling that are brought outside
like hate, love, fear. The feeling is expressed in effective manner.
c.) Conative: It is also referred as behavioral feature that gives main focus on the employees
who behave differently in different situations. The behavior of the employees varies from
person to person. Every person has different nature to handle the problems (Taylor,
Bogdan and DeVault, 2015).
Evidence management plays and essential role in the organization. The term is used in the
medical background but the principles are now applied on the education, social work. The

evidence management elaborates all the decisions which are concerned with the management
decisions that should be according to the thinking of the people. There are many types of
evidence like reports, information of business, research (Hülsheger, Alberts, Feinholdt and Lang,
2013). The approach that is based on the evidences is taken into consideration to analyze
management and organizational behavior. It also assist to make the decisions better that are
concerned with management, as it consist of critical thinking and the decisions that can be
considered to make the working pattern of the organization effective.
Communication is also essential in the organization and there should be proper skills adopted by
the employees so that the company can enhance in effective manner. It includes:
a.) Verbal communication: The words should be proper and used in proper manner so that it
can be clearly understandable in the organization. If the communication is effective
enough then the company can easily attain the goals and objectives.
b.) Non Verbal communication: Nonverbal communication plays an important part in the
organization as it is seen that actions speaks louder than words. So at the time of
communication the facial expressions and body language should be clear (Knapp, Hall
and Horgan, 2013).
c.) Listening: It is important to listen in effective manner and clearly, so that the information
can be clearly stated efficiently.
d.) Negotiation skills: It helps to make the decision in proper manner and also it is referred
as a set of skills that assist the organization to attain the skills.
The efforts of the team decides the success of the organization, If the employees of the
organization work in effective manner then the organization can easily attain the goals and
objectives. Team building also plays an important role in deciding the success of the business.
There are many ways like delegation of the responsibility, efficiency of the team and support.
There are various problems that are faced by the organization. To resolve the problems
organizational behavior theories should be applied. Listening also plays an important role to
solve the problems in effective manner. To solve the problems listening helps to clear the things
and make the things more understandable. After analyzing the problem in effective way the
evaluation should be conducted. Decision plays an essential role in conducting day to day
