the performance of the team. It is important that organizational culture, politics and power should
be maintained in the workplace as it assists in managing the performance of the workers. 3The
authority of the company should ensure that the culture of the company is positive as it will help
in improving employee’s performance. The culture of the company relates with the corporate
culture in which the emphasis is on the shared beliefs and practices of the organization
(Wlodkowski & Ginsberg, 2017).
The positive culture of the company is also aligned with the mission of the company. The culture
of the company has a direct effect on the performance as it has been examined that it influences
the working structure of workers. In company, workers should be free to consider the opinions
with higher authority as it helps them to bring improvisation in the assigned task. To build the
positive culture in the workplace, the leaders should implement the plans to attain it. The culture
of the company can be maintained when the review of the human resource policy is done on the
regularly basis (Apetrei, Kureshi & Horodnic, 2015).
In relation to the Future company issue, it has been said that the focus should be given on
reviewing the policy of the human resource so that it could be easy to retain workers towards the
