The key objective of the study is to create a brief understanding about the methods and
system of organizational behavior pertaining within the organization. A complete analysis
about three major types of organization behavior is performed in the respective study
which involves humanitarian, management along with role of organizations citizenship behavior.
The organizational behavior has been divided into three parts humanitarian,
management along with role of organizations citizenship behavior that create scope for the
organization to find out opportunities in sustaining the competition in the market.
Discussion
Humanitarian Organizational Behavior
As compared to the functional aspects that are associated with the system of humanitarian
organizational behavioral, this is considered to be one of the core behavioral factor which is
currently relying on organizations in the current era. This is basically a driving force behind
the growth and productivity of organizations in the market. One of the core benefit associated
with the respective behavioral process can be that, this gives clear idea for the organization
under the area of strengthening the total output and people (Meyer, Carr & Foster, 2018).
Apart from the above mentioned factors, humanitarian organizational behavior not only gives
more emphasis under the area of achieving the organizational goals. On the other hand this
respective behavioral aspect also avail firms a clear knowledge about how they can highly
benefit the system of humanity and global societies through their operations. It is

Management and Organizational Behavior
According to the functional aspects of organizations in the current era giving more
emphasis under the area of organizational behavior generally plays a major role. The
success of a company is completely depended upon the behavioral prospective that are related to
them in the market. As compared to the operational prospective of the company, it is important
for the managers to have a clear idea about the psychological and social scientific principles
that are pertaining within the organization in order to maintain better competitiveness and
sustainability in the market (Nekoranec, 2013). It is important for the management to adopt a
clear understanding about the cultural aspects that are associated with the employees for
achieving the objectives within the desired point of time. Apart from these entire factor, one of
the core responsibility of a manager must be ensure better system of employees satisfaction to
ensure strong productivity compared to the performance of the competitors on all terms.
Organizational citizenship behavior and rewards in strategy effectiveness
The respective organizational behavior deals with the process of managing and treating
the function of human behavior within the organization. The core objective of the respective
organizational behavior can be that, it is considered to be a multidisciplinary approach that
gives major emphasis in understanding the system of human behavior that is pertaining within
the internal environment of the organization on all aspects (Thomas, Ambrosini & Hughes,
2019). It is important for firms to understand the individual behavioral prospective of the

As a part of conclusion, it can be stated that one of the core beneficial factor associated
with organization under the system of organizational behavior is, it helps in making a clear
insight about the behavioral prospective of the employees within the organization. It brings a
clear fact about certain factors that are related to the system of employee satisfaction and
motivational aspects that are required to be adopted by the organization in order to attain the
objectives and goals on a planned basis. Thus, it is important for every company to maintain and
