INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is the study of human behaviour which shows the way people
behave within and outside the organisation to create more efficient business practises. This
present report will going to cover organisational behaviour in BBC company in past or present.
Under this report influence of culture, politics and power on the behaviour of others and factors
which motivate individual and team to achieve organisational goal is to be discussed in this
report. Further, in this report an understanding is provided about to work effectively with others
in organisation and also concepts and philosophies of organisational behaviour is to be explained
in this report.
TASK 1
P1. Organisational culture, power and politics behaviour of managers in BBC
According to BBC case study previously there were no effective organisational culture
and behaviour of managers towards employees was not at all bearable. Employees started
leaving that organisation because behaviour of managers towards employees was not good. They
are facing lot problem regarding sexual harassment, bullying and many more.(Taylor, 2018.) But
as of now culture is totally different and to understand that culture Handy's culture typology
model in applied and under this model four types of culture is given which is to be applied in
most of the organisation.

organisation and also team are developed in organisation to achieve targeted business goals.
Under this culture work is totally depended upon team performance of the organisation.

Role culture- under this culture job assign to employees depending on their qualification,
education, knowledge to achieve organisational objectives. Under these employees are ready to
