INTRODUCTION
Organization behaviour is considered as the study of human behaviour that exists in
different cultures of business enterprise among the group of individuals. It is also analysed as
subset of management functions that involves understanding and influencing behaviour of
employees within organization towards achievement of organization goal (Katzenbach and
Smith, 2015). In present report, the organizational culture of BBC has been analysed by using
various cultural tools and typologies. Earlier culture of enterprise has been discussed along with
the changes which are made by authorities to overcome the problems at workplace. Along with
this, the impact of culture, power and politics on the culture and behaviour of employees within
BBC is also explained which provides an understanding about various strategies which are
formulated and implemented by director human resource management. Various motivational
theories and techniques have been recognised in order to assess the effectiveness of teams and
improved level of motivation within enterprise. Moreover, organization theory has also been
discussed in order to provide an understanding about the improvement in productivity and
profitability of organization.

reputation of company and also decreased the level of growth and development within industry.

In the BBC company there are different types of barrier company face in respect to
improve the performance of the team (Dachs, Stehrer and Zahradnik, 2014). There are some
barriers which are as follows:
Centralised structure: In BBC it is considered as one of the significant barrier within the BBC.
As this structure lead to create dissatisfaction among the team members due to which they are
unable to work effectively. Further it create problem in carrying out the daily task in an effective
manner. Therefore this structure lead to create problem for employees as well management due
to which company productivity get hampered (Du Plessis, Wakelin and Nel, 2015). Along with
this communication also lead to impact the organisation performance and productivity. It is
important for the team member to keep effective communication so that their issues get solve on
time and employees do not get impact due to miscommunication. If there is ineffective
communication then it lead to increase the chances of conflicts and also impact the organisation
performance.
Cooperation is additionally considered as boundary where individuals are required to work in a
group to fulfill the program provided out and it might likewise make misjudging between them.
