is the attitude only that encourages the employees working in the organization to influence a
person’s behavior. The attitude of an individual reflects the behavior. These positive attitudes are
typically showed in a man's behavior; individuals with a good attitude are productive and do
what they can to enhance the mood of the people around them. If the person have negative
attitude then it cannot be possible to work in effective manner (BissingOlson, Iyer, Fielding and
Zacher, 2013). There are many circumstances in which the attitude is determined by taking into
consideration the behavior of the person at the workplace. The factor that should be considered is
the organization itself and also the satisfaction level of the people. It is mostly seen that the
person with a positive attitude can work with full dedication and can easily achieve the goals and
objectives of the firm in effective manner. The administration of people at the work environment
is an essential for the hierarchical conduct. It decides the impacts that people, gatherings, and
structure have on conduct inside the association for the fundamental motivation behind applying
such ideas keeping in mind the end goal to enhance an association's adequacy. An effective
association will guarantee that there is a spirit of cooperation and feeling amongst individual and

individual. The positive or negative attitude gives the final outcome, so if the attitude is positive
then it will give favorable outcome and if the attitude is negative then the outcome will result in
disappointment. It is analyzed that good and positive attitude is very essential at the workplace as
it gives various benefits and creates a good working environment. If the organization have
positive working environment then it can be easy to achieve the goals and objectives in effective
manner (Donagan, 2017).
Job satisfaction and organizational commitment is taken into consideration that gives direct
impact on the behavior of the organization. Job satisfaction enhances the satisfaction level of the
employees working in the organization. It satisfies the demand and requirement that is essential

consideration in job satisfaction and that are working pattern and also the factors that determine

consideration the working pattern of the organization. It is essential to maintain the working
pattern of the workplace and it can be maintained in effective manner by having good and
positive attitude (Miner, 2015). The coworkers also determined the behavior at the workplace.
The organization should take into consideration innovative ways that enhances the level of
motivation of the employees working in the organization. To enhance the growth of the business
it is very essential to motivate the employees so that the goals and objectives can be achieved in
effective manner. The organizational commitment is a way in which the workers feel satisfied
and faithful to the manager. Organizational commitment helps the employees to work in

commitment level of the employees so that it can be easy for the company to attain the
profitability (Dhar, 2015). Organizational commitment is considered as a valuable asset for the
organization. The company can easily enhance the commitment of employees by giving them
fair and reasonable working practices so that the employees can give their best to complete their
operations. There are many problems that are analyzed in the working pattern of the
organization. The problems can be reduced by considering good communication and feedback
between the manager and the employees. The manager should also analyze the talent and
potential of the employees working in the organization (Kleebbua and Siriparp, 2016). By
analyzing the talent the organizational commitment can also be taken into consideration.
