2REFLECTIVE ESSAY
INTRODUCTION
Palestine is poor in the amount of resources that are needed for the overall growth of the
organization. However it is needed that the companies are getting a proper boost for their
survival. FLOWS is a NGO that helps in developing the young entrepreneurs so that they can
develop the risk bearing mentality and can take up the risk. HAG is a company that mainly
produces the financial assistance to the people of Palestine (Soomro et al., 2016). In order to
render the financial services, it is important for the entrepreneurs to have a clear knowledge
about the trade and commercial affairs (Chiu, Owens & Tesluk 2016). They need to know about
the changing trends going on around in the country. HAG makes sure that they are able to
provide the best financial assistance and services to the clients. As the industrial base and the
knowledge is not well developed in Palestine, the company called FLOWS makes sure that they
are able to guide and help the industries or the entrepreneurs who are taking up the challenges.
