Currently, I work for the best of the organization. It includes the managers the subordinates
or/and the clients. For my manager, I help in generating reports relating to profit-centers of the

Value you aim to offer to people
From the years I have worked, most firms are unable to file tax returns on time. Those who do
it at times do it wrongly, I would like to step in and help most upcoming accountants get the
art and do it correctly.

Mostly its time, I have to come to work earlier before anyone else to set the mood for the day.
On most occasions clearing the backlogs and revenue, audits take most of the time, as they
need concentration, the morning hours are the best for this. The typical hard cost I incur is
following up with un-cooperating clients, some of who I have to go to their offices to ask for
payments.
The nature of tasks at your work
In my position, I have the control over the ledgers of the firm. I am the only one allowed to
conduct its audit with comparison to the relevant cash books. Revenue control is a critical
task, sometimes one recognizes a mistake from clients or other workers but you cannot report,
as it will affect the whole department. This makes you find for in-house solutions without

involving the managers. My routine duties include aging; invoice uploads, banking checks,
and weekly reports. Aging is complex, as some clients do not have money to reinstate their
account limits. It forces me to break some SOPs of the firm to support the business of the
client.

Ideally, the system here is rigid, bending of rules is a mistake, and as such, the levels of

limited as some interactions involve traveling and that will jeopardize my job. With the
rigidity of the roles, making personal decisions for the organization is hard, as it will
contradict with the SOPs. The introvert trait has people thinking that being stressed out about
the roles I undertake, which ideally is not the case.
Gap to create Value
Working with people demands for flexibility. In my view, to enhance business, the firm needs
to review its SOPs to adjust for difficult economic times for clients. The firm needs to create
alternatives like increasing credit limits for clients to create a conducive working environment
for both the firm and its clients.

At my current position, I am satisfied. With the team I work with learning is enhanced and the
