Story 1
The first area that I would like to keep in concern of the discussion is the one of the
Organizational Behavior that has been the concern of the article in this section of the
narrative.
The topic has been chosen particularly because I have felt a close relationship with the
values on which the ideals have been intrinsically lined upon. The values and the aspects of
the organizational behavior that has allowed me to work with the attribute in detail include
the ideal of a good workplace and a sound working environment.
It has been noted by most of us in this respect that the organizational culture is the
primary reason behind instigating a sound environment in the workplace that has been
concerned in the part of the discussion (Wagner and Hollenbeck 2014).
I have been born up and brought up in a joint family, where the neighborhood was
comprised of multiple people from different cultural backgrounds. I grew up interacting and
communicating with them. My growing up in a diverse background made me realize how the
accumulation of diversity and the differences in society or a collection is important. I
remember incidents where people were in a tussle with others, just because their inter-
community and interpersonal interaction had not been set properly.
Now when I have grown up and I reflect upon the areas it makes me realize how
important the values of differences and the interaction were. I can relate the values learned in
class with the values of the outer world. (DuBrin 2013).
The ideas that have been narrated so far had been my primary reason behind
discussing the implication of the organization behavior on the culture of the organization and
why the cultures are practically important and connectable to my life in general.

As a college student who is preparing to find themselves in the field of the
organization, indulging in a job, it is expected by all that the culture of the organization
would be positive enough to boost the productivity of the people concerned in the case. I had
also aspired for the interpersonal skill in the sphere where I would find myself in the latter
part of my life.
If I get a chance to go back to the past, I would have liked to enhance my
interpersonal interaction and the values that could have been utilized to bring out
effectiveness in the community understanding to incorporate the same in interaction with a
varied community.
Since I am a person of interpersonal values it can be noted by us pretty well that the
interpersonal values are intrinsic in our understanding of the implication of the relations that
we are capable of establishing with the people around us in the course of our lives. I have
always felt that the relationship between the individuals of the workplace is closely linked to
the job satisfaction of the individual and the degrading level of the stresses along with the
higher rate of the turnover of the employee who are trying to establish themselves in the areas
concern.

Story 2
The next attribute that I would keep in concern of my discussion is the one of the
Attitudes and the job satisfaction that has been intrinsically linked with each other,
particularly in terms of the organizational culture and undoubtedly they have a greater impact
on the life of the people in general. The implication of the Attitude can be noted in the fact
that they foster the idea of the way people feel and the people react to that in particular,
however, on the contrary, it can be noted that the statement involved in the expression of the
attitude is closely linked to the people, object and the events that are associated with it in its
full force.
I remember my childhood days where the people had been bullied and the bullies
were encouraged for their attitude. They were applauded and praised for their action and that
boosted the bully in them. At that time, it all appeared fun and casual. Looking back at those
days make me feel that the attitude of the people surrounding the bullies enhanced their
negative attitude and allowed them to foster the attitude in them.
Attitude is linked to the way we feel and which in turn shapes the way we behave to
changes that have been present in our surrounding environment. It has also been noted by us
that the behavior and the feeling are further linked to cognition, both in terms of the reaction
of the individuals to the development that has happened or taken place in the respect.
According to Festinger, it has been noted that the cognitive development of the
individual is linked to the way we interact and behave. Negative attitude is thereby linked
with the dissonance of the individual in terms of the cognition that has taken place. It refers to
the incompatibility of the individual in their respective domain where they are functioning
with their effectiveness. The consistent link has been established between the functioning of
the both (Warrick 2017).

I am known in our class for the negative attitude that I hold and even in my
understanding, the attitude can be regressive as well as affecting the cognition of the
individual in the later sphere of their life. I have developed an understanding regarding the
cognition and has been noted in the fact that I failed to exhibit cognition in most of the cases
with all its effectiveness.
Since I am planning to enter the corporate world and establish myself in the post of
the managerial in the days to come, I feel that it is important for me to develop an
understanding of the implication of the attitude in order to interact with my subjects in the
later sphere of my interaction. An effective understanding of the attributes would be
influential in developing my cognition to the associated factors and the link that has been
developed with it.

The next issue that I would like to highlight in the course of the narrative is the one of
the values and the individuality of the people who are associated in the fields of the corporate
culture and the dealings that take place both in terms of the cognition and the interaction.
To begin with, personality is noted by the dynamic aspect that takes place in the
domain of the functioning and has also been noted in terms of the growth that is attained by
the individuals in the course of their lives. Personality of the person is reflected in the entire
self of the person and is intrinsically linked to the psychological system of the individual
concerned (Stokes, Baker and Lichy 2016). The attribute personality had been important for
me as the aspects of the individuals are increasingly associated with it. It allows us to link us
to the individuals moving around us.
As such, the aspect of the personality guides the way people interact as well as people
react to the subjects present around them. I always had the urge to work in the post of the
manager and that is why I have been looking up to the post. My past experience with my
neighborhood had opened me up to multiple people of varied personalities. One experience I
remember is during the evening play we had been playing in our locality while a little boy
who had recently arrived was sitting at the corner. Being an introvert myself, I realized the
scenario and tried to incorporate him into the game. Since I am planning to find myself in the
post of the managerial, I feel it is crucially important to form me to develop an understanding
of the ways in which the personality of the individuals can be measured in order to work with
them effectively.
Standing here today, I would have liked to go back to the time and try to bring about a
different understanding of the people who are around us in order to incorporate them with us.

One of the ways in which that can be done is the way of the personality test that has been
conducted in order to guide the decision-making attributes as well as measure the personality
of the individuals in the later course of their lives when it comes to the hiring of the jobs

The best way it can be done in the way self-report and the survey about the individual
is maintained in an effective nature. I feel the crucial understanding of the personality of the
individual will be effective by me as it discusses the way in which further interaction with
people can be carried out in an effective manner.
As it has been discussed in the earlier course of the narrative, it has been noted that
my aspiration is to find myself in the position of the manager the understanding of the aspects
of the personality would be crucial form me in the future course of my action. The indicator
of personality traits that I personally find interesting as well as relatable in the future course
of my action is the one of the Myers Briggs type indicator. The parameters that have been
highlighted in the course of the indicator include several factors starting from the extrovert
and Introvert, intuitive and sensitive, feeling and thinking and judging vs perceiving.
I personally connect to the extrovert type as I generally tend to draw out when it
comes to personalized interaction when it comes to me. However, I have also personally
realized that the withdrawal from the communication acts as an ineffective tool when it
comes to interaction and cognition in the latter part of the life of the individual concerned in
the interaction.
Thus my personal reaction to the extroverts traits in my personality has put me
through lots of troubles in the course of my interaction and I would like to work upon them in
order to make the interaction effect as well as ensure productivity. In my opinion, the

The aspect of the personality and the traits of the individuals in terms of their cognition has
been discussed where the implication if both the factors have been discussed in terms of its
impact on the decision-making.
I have realized that though I tend to be an introvert person, my action in the classroom
of my high school days has highlighted the fact that I tend to be a person with greater
perception, as well as intuition and that, has allowed me to take a forehand in decision-
making. Though this might turn out to be contrary to my extrovert character, this turns out to
be the reality in the case that is concerned. I had been asked by the teacher to make the
decision when it comes to the group project or the related activities in the case (Klotz and
Neubaum 2016).
In terms of the theory of perception, the attribution theory can be considered in order
to discuss the implication of the study in the later segment whereby the implication of the
factors casting an effect on the attribution is as follows.
Looking back at the days I feel, that my action towards the assignments in class, along

the decision making in me. The contribution of the supervisors and the seniors is huge as
their contribution had allowed me to motivated and take up responsibility. I would like to go
back to the days, where I would have been able to take up more and more active decision
making and perhaps help others to do the same.
Since I am planning to establish myself in the field of the managerial, it would be
important for me to develop a competence to the attribute of decision making as that would

The implication of the aspect that would be concerned in the course of discussion in
this area is one of the crucial aspects that need to be concerned in course of the organizational
behavior is the attribute of the motivation of the individual in a particular area. The factor of
the motivation is closely linked to the attributes of the satisfaction of the individual in terms
of their job and the link that has been established by them in the later course of their action.
Motivation had been important in my opinion as it allows us to guide the course of
our action towards a positive outcome as well as boost a positivity in our attributes. The
aspects that have been taken care of during the motivation are contributing to the course of
action that we undertake effectively. My school days have been marked by the motivation of
the teachers as I tend to be a communicative and enthusiastic student in the course of my
action. I even feel that it would have been important for me to indulge in the same as when I
look back I understand that the fact many promising students could not flourish is because
that they lacked the motivation and thereby degraded in their productivity. However, my past
understanding had been largely motivated by the motivation I received, as the crucial
understanding of the attribution and the perception were not available to me at that time.
As I look back at the past, I feel it would be important for me as I would like to
include the aspect of the decision making in the further course of my action where the
implication of motivation would be important. It is important to take in concern that the
decision that has been taken by the individual from the post of the manger, the implication
has been noted in terms of the motivation that it imbibes upon whom the decision applies
(Dobre 2013).
Thus, as a person aspiring to be in the managerial post, I would like to make sure that
the decision taken by me would contribute to the motivation in the workplace or the

dealing with the motivational factor in the organizational scenario.
