effectively if the workers of a company are effective in doing the activities. To increase the
performance and productivity of the workers in an organization Motivation is taken as an
important method by the top level management or managers (Peters, 2015).
After examining the article it has been observed that there are strength and weakness.

Workers within an organization get motivated to work if proper motivation techniques

company and positive results are attained by considering the techniques of motivation in the
company (Guclu and Guney, 2017).
So, by analyzing the overall article it can be stated that motivation plays a great role for
the employees in achieving their set goals and objectives. If employees are not motivated
towards the overall objective then it can be seen that it is difficult for them to achieve success.
When the technique of motivation is considered then it can be seen that the overall objective or
the goals of the employees can be achieved. Employee's motivation is a factor that is important
for the company as it can help to achieve large market share and also with this the goodwill can
