In the given week, there are various theories of organizational behavior have been
discussed. On the basis of this discussion, it has been observed that perception thinking
is one of the approaches which demonstrate the aspects of organizational behavior
(Marinova, et. al., 2019). The approach of perception thinking is illustrating various in
this assessment such as how people can see the things with different perception and
gives interpretation on the objects they perceived. A set of clear understanding and
conceptual theories defines the perception thinking as a power of an individual which
showcases their vision and thoughts towards the stimuli. The perception theories are
more valuable in decision-making also that how individuals take their decisions on site.
In simple words, basically the perception is the sensory impression that relates to the
environment of the individuals.
Basically it includes the strategies in organizational behavior which directly impacts the
performance such as individuals perceive what reality is but not the reality itself. There
are various images has given in week 5 in order to perceive them and give an
interpretation with the help of perception thinking. Based on this concentration it can be
defined that how an individual takes the objectives they see around them. In this week it
has been assessed that how they affect the business with the factors such as target,
perceiver, situation, etc. These are the aspects which directs affect the business
environments in order to improvise the performance. The perception thinking is basically
depends on the some theories such as attribution theory, Mintzberg decision-making
theory, etc. These theories are beneficial for the purpose of removing the errors and
problems from the workplace. It is very important for the site to establish systemization

at the workplace. Hence, perception thinking is way better practice to be done at the
