INTRODUCTION
The management is the crucial aspect which is need to be developed effectively. I want to
develop this both things so that I can able to lead each thing in expertise manner. In 13/10/13 I
have started MBA in Hospitality service. After, competition I have started to do MSC
Management from the BPP university. Currently I am doing DBA from West Scotland
university. The culture of here is totally different there are differed kinds of the costumes about
each thing. It is difficult to live without family here. With the help of grooming my knowledge in
this particular course I am able to cope up with things in better manner. The present report is
inclusive of various kind of the model with the help of which I can able to describe my whole
story. In addition to this it is inclusive of various kind of the details such are as Gibbs models,
Maslow's hierarchy needs, SWOT matrix and Johns model of reflection. With the help of this I
am able to define the self experience of the places and changes I am seeing in order to gain the
knowledge so that my management and leadership process can be effective.

The leading and professional development is very helpful in order to conduct the
effective learning of each thing in the well and professional manner. With the help of the
theoretical model the all thing can be conducted in the effective and efficient way.

Reflective- In order to conduct the each thing in the effective manner it is very
essential to draw the things effective so that firm is able to run the each activity in the leading
and professional manner. When, I was doing MBA in hospitality I have learned many things
about enhancing the knowledge in the field of management. With the help of this I am able to
develop my self confidence and I start to manage the all things effectively. After completion of
my MBA I want to develop my leadership skill so that I can better lead everything. This two
aspects will be helpful for me to have the future growth in effective manner. At the time of
studying from the Scotland university my focus was on having good knowledge in relation to
both leadership and managing efficiency. In this manner the effective leading practices van be
identified which will help to organist each activity in the efficient way. In relation to take the any
activity in order to develop the personal development of the person it is very important to have
the various kind of the skill so that person is able to manage the all thing in the effective manner.
At the initial level I have identified that I am not good in making well communication with the
person this is infringing my overall effectiveness and this is need to be developed in relation to
bring efficiency in the good manner. In order to make the interaction it is very important to
develop the good communication level. The leader is the responsible person and in this manner
the is need to understater the role and responsibility so that he is able to perform in good manner.
With the help of the interaction In this the each activity can be dine effectively with the help of
the Gibbs model in this there are the following things are included such are as-
The Gibbs reflective model is one of the effective way in relation to cover the all the things
which will useful to demonstrate the effective learning among the person. This model is
inclusive of the 6 stages which are as-
1. Description- The all the member need to aware of the skill which they can use at the time
of adopting the new skill which will helpful to them in order to conduct the good thing.
After the completion of my graduation I was seeking for job but in that moment have
resiled that I am not at all good in managing the each thing in the specific manner. So I
switched to MBA so that I can able or groom my self in the perfectly manner. The
communication was the major drawback for me initially I was so introvert person so I
hesitate to interact with people. After completion of MBA I have realized that my
communication skill get improved and in this way I am able to boost up my knowledge. I
was not rejected from various kind of jobs just due to this imperfection of mine. This

situation has changed me a lot so I develop my core strength so that I do the things in the
perfectly manner. With the help of this kind of the activity they are able to divide each
activity in the profession manner. I believe in manner to share the each problem so that
proper solution can be achieved and each person can able to conduct the activities in the
efficient manner. There are various kinds of the skills in this manner are as
communication, presentation and decision making and problem solving each is need to
work effective in order to conduct the smooth function of each activity. These are those
skills which I usually lack in order to promoting the things in the effective manner.
2. Feelings- In relation to my perception these things can be stated that in order to lead the
each activity effectively and to develop the person profession in the person so that he is
able to don their activities in the expertise manner. I felt very bad when I was rejecting
from the jobs. This situation hampered me a lot. So I develop both skills in which I was
not so good but now I have developed my core strength so that I can able to perform in
the effective manner. In this kind of the condition it is very essential to frame the
effective coordination between the person so that each person can able to work in the
coordinated manner.
3. Evaluation- in this manner it can be seen that in the organisation there is need to operate
the various kind of the activities. With the help of grooming myself I was able to enhance
my core strength. In this way now I am able to develop my self so that I can contribute
well. After having evaluation in the better manner I am able to deal with the situation in
the proper manner. If I compare my situation from past I realised that I have developed
my self in the better manner. This thing gives me positive vibes in order to have the
desire result. In this way there can be happen lots of bad and right thing and this all need
to be controlled. The leader need to compete with the bad experience with the help of the
little knowledge in this way they are able to operate the each function in the good way.
4. Analysis- in this stage there are the various kinds of the things which is need to analysed
so that each thing can be carried in the effective manner. In this way there are differed
kinds of the problem which is need to be faced in this way the person need to trust on
each other so that they are able to conduct the function in the appropriate mode. With the
help of the understanding of the skill the each thing can able to run effectuate and its is
useful in relation to attend the variety of the goals.

5. Conclusion- in this it is very essential to conclude the each thing In this I have gone
through the various kind of the procedure which is need to be get resolved. In this there
are various kinds of the things in this it is essential to save the time so that team can work
together. This will be helpful in relation support the team member in the positive
direction. With the help of this kind of the activities the all will be done in the
professional and exclusive manner.
6. Action plan- with the help of this all thing I got to know this that there are various kinds
of the things which is helpful in relation to make the better interaction among the people.
I have analysed that my communication skill was not effective due to which I am facing
the trouble in this manner I need to understand the each thing in the depth manner so that
I can able top create the better understanding and can able to guide the all individual of
the enterprise in the effective manner. With the help of this kind of activities the
organisation is able to achieve the desire goal so that each person n can able to conduct
the each activity in the expertise way.

Johns model of reflection-
With the help of the reflection the person is able to deal with the personal thoughts and
action. They largely use to give interaction over the behavior of the people in the large manner.

Reflection- I have done the MBA in the hospitality services in this way my leadership and
managing skills are quite impressive after that I joined BPP university in order to DBA from the
West Scotland in order OT learn about the new culture, new customs and feeling which is
helpful in order to deal with all the functioning. I was doing this all in manner to develop my
skills in relation to gather the knowledge about the things which can make myself improved in
dealing with the skills.
Influencing factors- At that time there was so many options which is also helpful in relation to
manage the leadership skills that was the core influencing factor. But I have decided to MBA so
that I can improve may professional skills too. This kind of the things helps me a lot in relation
to manage the all the things in the expertise manner. In order to learn good practice in the leader
and management skills has influenced my decision in order to deal with this all in the perfect
manner.
Could I have dealt it with Bette manner- in this I was having lots of option but I personally
believe that I did the things in the effective manner. I have done the things effectively by

analyzing the proper situation. With the help of the effective source of knowledge I have
developed my leadership skill. I am so happy with the things what I have done in order to get the
proper and approved result. This kind of the things are helpful in order OT develop my self in the
eyes if the other.
Learning- with the help o the learning I can able to develop my inner strength in order to perform
the all activities effectively. This will be helpful in relation to generate high volume of the things.
With the help of the better and effective support the all things can be accomplished. This kidn of
the process is helpful in order OT generate the good amount of the things in the effective manner
Maslow hierarchy of needs-
This is the theory which is helpful in relation to identify the things which can keep the
person in the motivated manner. This is very helpful in relation to making the good observation
in the person so that they are able to perform the each activity in the well developed and organise
manner. With the help of the need the person need to understater this so that each thing can abkle
to set in the effectuate manner. It is very important to understand the hierarchy of need of the
person so that the leader can motivate the person in relation to full fill this kind of the need in the
following manner such are as-

Psychological need- This is one of the important and basic need in this the person need
to satisfied with the basic need of the survival such are as food, shelter and cloth. After the

graduation I was seeking for the job but due to lack of leadership and management command I
was rejecting on the continuously manner. So I start to develop this both skills so that I can
make myself able to develop the core strength of mine which will help me to enhance my
knowledge in the perfect manner. Without this kind of the need the human body cannot able to
work in the proper manner. These are very essential in relation to determine the need of the
person in the effective manner. With the help of the psychological need the person move towards
in relation to full fill so that they work in relation to accomplish this need of the person in the
good manner. These are the basis need which is very crucial in relation to have the basic survival
of the human.
Safety need- this are the needs which comes after the fulfilment of the basic need of the
person. In this level the person want to secure his future so that he is able to meet the experience
of the future. After completion of my MBA I though that I am able to give initiate to my future.
So that, I can earn the basic livelihood. But I was want to secure some amount of money also so
that I have started mu further study so that I can develop my self can work in relation to have
much amount of money which I can able to secure. In this if there is any kind of the natural
disaster happened or person get ill in this way he need to have some fund which he is able to use.
In this the person need to save some money for his future so that he is able to live properly. This
kind of the need is inclusive of the need are like personal security, financial security, health and
well being and safety needs which will be helpful in order to generate the larger amount of profit
volume.
Social belonging- After the completion of the safety need the person starts to think about
the self actualisation he thinks that now he wants to have some image in the eyes of the public. In
this stage he wants to create the good relationship with the other so that he can feel self respect
among himself. With the help of having the leadership and managing skill I can able to
differentiate from the other people. In this way I can maintain my image in the eyes of the other.
This kind of the need is inclusive of the love and belonging kind of the needs. The social
belonging inclusive of the kind of the needs such are as friendship, intimacy and family. With
the help of the sense of belonging they are able to live in the more comfort manner. I can able to
groom myself in the better manner. With the help of enhancing my knowledge I can able to have
the belongingness in the society. This is very helpful in relation to making the good observation
in the person so that they are able to perform the each activity in the well developed and organise

With the help of the SWOT analysis the person is able to have effective identification
about the Strength, Weakness, opportunities and threat. With the help of this the all the things is
need to be conducted in the effective manner. This is in the following manner are as-

Strength- I have developed my skill after analyzing that what is my core strength in what I am
able to deal effectively with the things. This will be helpful in order to make myself good in the
leadership and managing work. I was having good communication skill this is helpful in order to
make me aware about the each task which is going to organize. My connection in the college was
good at the time when I was doing MBA this was helpful in order to present my self to other in
the confident manner. The other people want to make interaction with me as they know that my
knowledge regarding the subject and practical concept are too good. In this manner I have
analyses that my moral and ethical valued plays the great role in order to learn the thing
effectively.
Weakness- this is that part of the area which is need To be identified and it is essential to get
overcome from this so that person is able to present himself in the much effective manner. I was
not goo in leading and managing the things effectively. This was the things which work as to
hampering my overall result in the badly manner. In order to cope up with this I decided to do
MBA so that I can able to cope up with this in the effective manner. After, join the college I feel
that I have improved my this skill too in the effective manner.
Opportunity- I have done the MBA in this way. After, completion of this I started to think over
the things which I really need to get improved. In this way that time seen my capabilities I was
having various job offers. But I have denied accepting because I want to get my self expand in
the DBA knowledge also that I can bring the better improvement in myself this will help me to
learn the more thing in the effective manner. After this I can develop the overall knowledge of
min and can able OT contribute in the maximum manner. After doing this all I will able to

develop my core strength as well I will improve the part of the weakness so that I can groom my
self and can do better in the future.
Threat- IN this I have to deal with the various kind of the question which has asked from the
family and friends. This is the crucial step it is essential to be cope up so that person is able to
focus over the things. This will be helpful for me in relation to deal with the standards and
objectivity of the firm. In order OT do anything it is very important to deal with the certification
requirement so that I can able to develop the business in good manner.
Johri window self reflection-
This is the effective tool in relation to have the depth understanding about the things in
the effective manner. This will helpful in relation to have idea about the self awareness. With the
help of this the interpersonal skill of the person can be developed. It is defined in the following
manner are as-
Self awareness- at this stage the person is able to know himself in the more manner. I have
developed my self at this point I start to look at all the little facts about me so that I can able to
develop my self in the more professional manner.
Personal development- with the help of bringing development in my self I can able to present
my self to other in the more specific manner. It is very essential to be cope up so that person is
able to do the things in the effective manner
Improving communication- with the help of this I can able to make the better interaction with
the person this will help me to enhancing the knowledge of mine. By improving communication
o can able OT deal with the person and this will lead me to handle the things effectively. In order
to bring self improvement it is very essential to have the good kind of the communication skill.
Interpersonal relationship- with the help of the better interpersonal relation the each person is
able to perform their role effectively. In order to find out the problem the person need OT handle
the thighs effectively. With the help of the strong relationship the better supportive relation can
be framed.
Group dynamic- This is the system which is helpful in order to analyses the behavior of the
people in the effective manner. This can able to make the good interaction between the people so
that they are able to do the things effectively.
Team development- By improving the leading and managing capacity the person are able to
