motivated while working. Synergy has been created by good teamwork no matter where the
colleagues are situated.
Value of good teamwork
The good teamwork can be valued by fostering creativity and learning’s (Soeiro, et al., 2016).
No matter where the colleagues are working if there will be effective coordination goals and
objectives can be accomplished. Trust means the integrity of the person can be believed but as all
the colleagues are living in different countries so it is difficult to build that strength among each
other. If any conflicts arise in the company then it can be sorted through an effective relationship
so trust is the essential factor in the teamwork but it was lacking due to the distance and improper
communication.
Issues in the team work
One of the group members from the US think that the cultural differences are the major issue
which was not building the trust among the remaining colleagues. In US there is the different
culture and in UK there is different culture so this different perception, thinking and
communication were not building the proper relationship between them. This was the main issue
which was faced in the team. The meetings are not possible as the timing of the different
countries are not matching and there was no personal touch between the colleagues.
The second team member thought that Colleagues belong to different countries so it becomes
very difficult for them to trust each other and to build coordination among themselves. If there
will be a lack of trust in the employees than the right things cannot be happened and the sense of
safety cannot be assumed. The comfortable in teamwork can be sensed when there is trust among
the employees and colleagues.
The third group member of the team has the view that the colleagues are not communicating with
each other in an effective manner and due to which the trust was not there among them
(Boermans, et al., 2014). Even there was no personal touch with each other and no budding
relationship which was affecting the team performance. Lack of trust in colleagues due to
belonging to the different countries may lead to disappointing progress.

Strategy to develop trust among the team
The trust among the team members can be developed by encouraging the colleagues in the team.
It is important to develop the bond between them so the strategy is to make an effective
relationship in the colleagues so that trust can be built. When employees talk and share their
stories with each other, a good bond is created among the employees but in the case of different
countries, it is quite difficult. So conference meetings can be arranged to make the relationship.
The values can be built up and trust can be attained through an effective working environment.
The good communication with the other colleague helps in solving the issues which are
occurring in the team (Costa, et al., 2016).
The trust is built when colleagues from different countries respect each other and support each
other decisions. If any issues arise in the team then they work together to develop the trust
among them. The colleagues from the different countries of the US and UK should be honest and
share every particular information with each other as it helps in building trust among them.
The other group members has suggested the solution that the group performance can be
improved by arranging the meeting online on the software’s like Skype, WE chat, etc. The
employees need to learn and give the training of the different culture also so that they can
understand the nationality and the background of their colleagues which are working in the
different country. The team members should found out the common time in which they all can be
available and can have team meeting to build relationship and trust among them. As per the other
team member, the group came to its decision through the personality test which helps in
evaluating the positive and the negative aspects of the individual and through which they can
take certain decisions.
Conclusion
From the above report, it is concluded that teamwork is essential in organizational behavior as it
helps in understanding the behavior of the colleagues and building trust among them. The trust is
the only factor which enhances the productivity of the employees. In this report, the lack of trust
among the employees is the main issue as they belong to different countries. So, one strategy of
properly communicating with each other helps in building the relationship and bond. The values
