The main problem which Food Basics is trying to solve is regarding the increasing employee
turnover rate of the company. The research question which has been used in this research is
“How can Food Basics motivate the employees of their company and reduce employee
turnover?”

four concepts are also chosen because these concepts helps in influencing employee
