and overall performance. Motivating and encouraging the employees to give their best is
highly essential for the organization because when the employees will be satisfied from
their job then they will perform to the maximum level and thus will strive willingly to
achieve individual and organization goals.
Thus, it is highly essential for the organization to constantly design various
strategies for increasing the motivational level of employees.
Team building and development
When the organizations foster the culture of team building
and cooperation and inculcate a sense of team, work within
employees then it eventually leads to the development of
environment where employees work with enthusiasm and remain
committed towards work. In the similar way, when employees
perform their work in teams then they tend to understand the
viewpoint of different people along with understanding cross-
cultural differences. Thus, eventually helps them to work
productively. This in turn helps organization as the skilled workforce
give their best for fulfillment of organizational goals.
Leadership
This is one of the important aspect of organizations and thus
leads to the stimulation of positive organizational behavior. Leader
plays the lead role ion organization which shapes its future in both
positive and negative direction. Thus, in order to continuously
encourage the employees organizations should have the leaders
which adopts the best leadership style which suits the scenario.
Therefore, leaders play an important role in organization and for
leading the employees in correct direction.
