Organisations is defined as the unit of individuals who work together in order to
accomplish enterprise goals and objectives. There are different religions, beliefs and cultures
which are followed by people and they are working according to these factors in order to achieve

where people are having interaction with one another and they are working in order to achieve
these targets. BBC are multinational firms and they are providing their services in UK. The
undermentioned report is based on behaviour and cultural aspects of people, different ways of
motivating employees are used so as to achieve all their goals and targets and also philosophies
which are related with different business situations.

by the use of Handy's cultural typology. Culture is termed as set of ideas and behaviours of
people at business places. The culture was further classified into 4 components by Charles
Handy which are described below as:
Power: This is one of the important factors which are affecting behaviours and the ideas
