understanding is “How learning and development are becoming more agile.” The article includes

training and development, team based learning. The article considers various practical examples

Need for study
The need for selecting the specific article is the key discussion in the article includes
development considering various workplaces learning which could lead to motivating learning.
Moreover, the evidence suggests that that development and learning of the employees for
motivational level is a key aspect of organizational behavior (Abdulraheem Sal, 2016). The
reason being motivation plays vital role in organizational behavior as it includes the behavior and
factors that will be held responsible for effective performance of the employees.

retaining agile talent for the company. The study suggests that the innovation is one of the

Andriopolous, 2014). The evidence suggests that the factors in the success of wall mart and the
companies that are the startups who will be looking forwards freelance technical talent and ways
to see the risk, challenges and opportunities will be depended on the agile human resource for the
company. They included the learning opportunities, networking opportunities and relationship of
employees within the organization. Other than this it has been identified that the whole team
investment has become critical in nature which reflects the reason for companies to depend on
freelancers, due to availability of the workforce and do not take time in place staffing. The

Critique
Some of the positive aspects identified through the article is considering the current business
scenario to understanding the role of innovation and agile workforce for the organizational
advantage and learning opportunities for human resources. The technology was also considered,
which found to be an important element in any organization due to increase in digitalization
among the industries. Moreover, the research provides good amount of evidence and validity due
to use of current and practical example or case of Wal-Mart (DuBrin, 2016).
However, the critique of the study includes the limitation of use of statistical information and
limited to secondary research. The reliability of the research increases with the primary research,
