Organizational behavior shows the culture and beliefs in an organization and it effects on
employees of organization . Study of human behavior in an organization to know the activities
within organization. Helps managers and leaders to prepare plan and motivate employees
towards work, familiarize them with the organization. Analyze the work environment to know it
is suitable for company. Organizations needs to train their leaders so that they are able to get
work done from their employees. Builds communication between employees. In this report
Sainsbury a leading company of retail sector in U.K have a large chain of supermarkets. Needs
an effective organizational behavior for that they have to analyze the culture, power, politics
prevailing in their organization. And theories that helps leaders to motivate employees and how
to develop and effective team for achieving the goals of business.

supermarket in U.K. After Tesco. Company is working on a large scale and need an effective
management for development of their product. Need to develop an environment that helps them
