Topic 1- Organizational Culture
Organizational Culture refers to “how things are done around here” and thus this creates
an impact on the core values, underlying beliefs, processes and standards which thrive in an
organization. Thus, in this way it becomes quite important that the organizations are able to
provide a proper consideration to it which will be quite helpful in ensuring that they are able to
manage their particular needs and requirements and can attain the various types of goals and

ADKAR model- It is a people-centered approach which helps in ensuring that the change
is facilitated at an individual level. This can therefore ensure that the use of this approach
can be made and thus the implementation of the change can be carried out quite properly.
Kotter’s 8-step change model- It is a model through which the use of employee’s
experience is made to reduce resistance and accept change.
Kubler-Ross change curve- It is a strategy which is used to explain the way in which
people process change using the 5 stages of grief.
McKinsey 7s model- It is a model which identifies the various elements in an
organization so that the organization is able to improve them in the right manner and thus
this will help in the attainment of the particular goals and objectives.
PDCA- It is a change management process through which the focus is made on bringing
continuous improvement.
Bridges Transition Model- It is a model which focuses on ensuring that the
management of the people’s experience transitioning to change can be made which can
be quite helpful in the implementation of change.
Topic 3- Work Stress and its management-
Work Stress refers to the pressure which is felt by people when they are doing work at
their workplace. Therefore, it is quite important that its management is done properly so that it
can be reduced and thus this can be quite helpful in ensuring that the management of the stress
can be done in a right way and therefore the wide range of goals and objectives can be attained
