The structure and the culture is diverse within the several organization. There
are several culture and structure that influences the overall functioning of the
organization.
On the basis of structure:
British gas structure consist of various levels and the responsibilities and
power remains in one hand. On the other hand, EDF consist of few level and
responsibilities and power are delegated to each level.
The span of control is very narrow as the functioning is monitored by the
single personal. Whereas, In EDF the span of control is wide as all the
functioning is monitored by the functional manager of their level.
