Organizational behaviour is the process that has been helping in attaining of knowledge on
the basis of study that has been conducted over an individual of group of persons working in an
organization. This is affecting behaviour of every individual existing in an organization within
this direct impact upon job structure, communication, performance, leadership and management
with various factors also. Under this a study is being conducted over person behaving with works
of an organization. It has been helping to deal over various aspects of workplace like motivating
employees, performance of workers. This helps an organization to make strong bond between
workforce members. In this report Tesco PLC is the organization that has taken. It is one of the
most important retailer having headquarters in UK. Thing that has to be explained is influence of
cultural, politics and power performance of an organization. Different motivational theories and
philosophies of an organization is explained.
