INTRODUCTION
As per today's business environment, individual behaviour play vital role in company
which contribute in maintaining as well as developing positive and healthy work environment.
This will helps in motivating as well as encouraging workers to perform well and attain better
results. Basically, it is an effective concept which helps in evaluating performance level of the
workers at workplace (What is organizational behaviour?, 2017). With the help of this manager
of the company easily established their target in appropriate time frame. Present report is based
on Glastonbury Festival Ltd which organize various events such as contemporary music, the
festival hosts dance, theatre and many more arts in England. This report discussed about culture,
power, politics of the firm which direct affect the team and individual performance. In addition
of this, various motivational theories are also mentioned in this report which used by manager to
influence workers towards the task. At the last, concept and philosophies of organizational
behavioural also mentioned here which contribute in attaining organizational goals and
objectives.

Every business organization affect by its culture, power and politics because all these
play major role in influencing team and individual behaviour and performance at workplace.
Thus, it is important duty of manager to effectively manage as well as coordinate entire activities
of the workers so that they perform well and attain positive outcomes. In context of Glastonbury
Festival Ltd, they organize music festival in England in which they operate their activities as per
culture which define by four categories are as follows: Power culture: It is one of the important concept which is related with the workers in
which firm provide specific task and power to selected workers who are able to perform

Person culture: It is another culture which is totally differ form other. In this, firm focus
on their workers in which they provide them better direction to enhance their productivity
