INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour can be defined as effective study used in systematic manner to

is a field of study that find out the influence that organizational structures, teams and worker
have on behaviour within companies for motive of applying such knowledge towards improving
operational efficiency and business effectiveness. The current study will be based on Associated
British Food Plc (ABF), which falls under category of multinational food retailing and
processing organizations in London, UK. This assignment will be divided into two different
tasks, Task one will define organizational cultures, power and politics impact on team and
individual behaviour & performance. It will explain motivational theories and techniques
