Introduction
Organisational behaviour provide the brief idea about the employees and identifying
how they are behaving and performing a particular tasks in the workplace. It is useful to
develop more understanding of particular facts that can inspire, motivate employees. It
supports to increase the overall performance of organisation and establish a strong trust
between employees. In this report, it will describe the organisational behaviour and consider
appropriate approach in order to interact with groups. The principle of organisational
behaviour are used in attempt to make strong enterprises operate more effectively and
efficiently. It will be explained the topics such as team-work and motivation, conducting a
primary research study to target a particular audience. Furthermore, it will analyse theory of
motivation and team work for understanding the importance in the organisation.
Primary research
1). Teamwork
It refers to the approach whereas establishing a strong collaboration or coordination
with groups, teams. It helps to achieve the common goals and complete the effective manner.
For example- Amazon is the fastest growing enterprise which has been following team based
structure and closely interacted with the potential consumers. It helps to avoid any kind of
distraction, competing priorities (Ahmad, Nor and Sakarji, 2021). The importance of team
work for Human resources in Amazon and make quick decisions. In Amazon UK, Human
resources are handled coordination with employees by using team work because it motivates
