INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour are those terms which are used upon defining about
perspectives which directly impacts behaviour of employees and attributes helping individual
work within business. Further, organization behaviour leads upon developing working
environment by covering certain aspects related to performance, communication, motivation,
leadership, job structure, working profit with various factors is been covered within it. These
aspects makes organizational behaviour developed within an organization. It is used within
business to deal upon conditions that is related to organization which may result in conflict. In
this file organization that has been taken is Waitrose which is an British supermarket established
in the year 1904. Further, discussion is done in relation over impact of human behaviours on an
organization.

Human behaviour is one of the most important perspective which is used in order to
make an organization perform its functions and operations more effectively(Griffin And et. al.,
2020). This perspective holds importance in relation over all development of an organization.
Human behaviour affects an organizations by developing workplace safety for both employer
and employee. It leads upon motivating employees by structuring workplace with positive
aspect. Since working environment is essential within an organization like Waitrose that makes
goals and objectives formed more effectively. The organization's like Waitrose due to good
human behaviours is able to develop better and effective relationship with employee's creating
job satisfaction and trust over them. It is able to enhance team working and develop strategies
related to business environment in more effective way. Human behaviour makes an
organization's leaders are able to utilize their behaviour to help them guide, direct, and influence
the work of their team. Through understanding human behaviour an organization is able to
develop various perspectives making organization development possible with more
effectiveness. In order to understand human behaviour two important perspectives has been
covered which are change and communication.

Human behaviour and change is interrelated with each other as it has tendencies to
impact culture of an organization. Change impacts micro and macro factors of an organization
which has tendency to effect working of organization on large scale. Changes caused within
human behaviour at work place makes organizations develop in both negative and positive
manner. The positive impacts of such change on an organization like Waitrose has been
discussed as follows:
Behaviour Change Improves Workplace Harmony
Workplace harmony is maintained with the help of behaviour change by developing
creativity and collaboration within staff members that leads over improving work performance.
Positive behaviours creates strong relations between employer and employee which makes work
done with efficiency for an organization like Waitrose.
